Regretfully I forgot their names but the Dental Hygienist and Dentist who did work on my teeth during my two visits over the past month were kind and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions and concerns considering that my last dental visit was before the pandemic but they were able to answer most of them. I mostly appreciated these two things: they would admit to when they didn't have an answer to a question of mine and that they walked me through my procedure when it was completed with pictures they took during the procedure. My teeth are looking and feeling great!

Dr Andrew Kim

General Dentist

Dr. Andrew Kim received his undergraduate university and dentistry education at the University of Toronto. He received his dentistry degree in 1996, graduating with academic honours, and was also honoured with awards for clinical excellence in the disciplines of restorative, prosthodontic and periodontic dentistry.

After completing a one-year general practice residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in downtown Toronto, Dr. Kim entered into private practice. After 10 years of running his practice in Mississauga, Dr. Kim, his son Oscar and his wife Hermione, pregnant with their second son Samuel, left the big city and made the move to Guelph.

Dr. Kim has more than 20 years of experience and provides general family dental care and elective cosmetic dental services to over 1,400 families.
Dr Nikhil Lobo

General Dentist

Dr. Nikhil Lobo completed his dental degree in India in 2009. He went on to pursue advanced training in Prosthodontics at the prestigious Nitte University, where he graduated with multiple awards for academic and clinical excellence. After successfully running his own practice in India, Dr. Lobo moved to Canada and completed the National Dental Examining Board Equivalency Process.

He began his Canadian dental career in Guelph, Ontario, where he has been proudly serving patients in the community ever since as a General Dentist. He has been part of the team at Arthur Dental since 2021. Dr. Lobo is passionate about creating a comfortable, positive experience for every patient.

He believes in gentle, personalized care and is committed to staying up to date with the latest techniques to ensure the best possible outcomes. Outside the clinic, Dr. Lobo enjoys traveling, listening to music, and spending time with his wife and young son.
Dr Amy Kong

General Dentist

Dr. Amy Kong completed her Bachelor of Science (BSc) at the University of Guelph before earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Western Ontario, Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, graduating with distinction.

Dr. Kong is passionate about helping patients achieve their healthiest smiles in a comfortable atmosphere. She focuses on prevention-based, comprehensive care and is committed to providing the highest standard of dentistry through ongoing education and training in the latest advancements.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Kong enjoys spending time with family and friends. She stays active by playing volleyball and tennis, and loves exploring the outdoors.
